About Leighton Contemporary

Leighton Contemporary (formerly Gallery Rayé) is an independent and boutique contemporary art gallery, representing exciting emerging and mid-career artists based in Australia and New Zealand.

We offer a broad yet highly curated selection of works — both original works and limited edition prints.

The gallery operates online, while our physical space in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland is under construction.

We hold face-to-face pop-up exhibitions throughout the year — view the details of our recent exhibitions via the menu above.

We offer in-home and in-office consultations should you be looking to decide on the right artwork for you, or curate a collection of works.

We work with both private and trade clients, and work on projects of various scales. We welcome commissioned artwork projects. With experience working in residential and commercial spaces, we can source works, propose collections, and prepare detailed, balanced concepts for your consideration.

We are committed to connecting art lovers and collectors with a diverse selection of works, across varied mediums.

Works can be purchased online or via invoice. We also offer Art Money, Afterpay, and traditional lay-by/payment plans.

We ship works Australia-wide, and internationally. Please do get in touch if, prior to purchase, you’d like us to seek freight quotes for specialised artwork transport to your door.
